I reside in New Mexico but drove a semi-truck coast to coast for an unscrupulous trucking company out of Wisconsin. This logistics company harassed, bullied lied and discriminated against me, keeping my earned wages, and leaving me in a financial hole. Devastated I called and left a message for the Wisconsin location of Hawks Quindel. The following day I got a return call from Forrest Stewart (associate attorney Hawks Quindel ) who listened to my experience with empathy, intelligence, and professionalism. After gathering some information, and developing a strategic plan He went to battle on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, Forrest communicated with me, kept me updated and made me feel like my case was the most important one in his office. He was courteous, professional, logical, and direct. A powerful, skilled negotiator who innately knew when to stay silent and when to make noise. I am in awe of the way he navigated the situation to achieve an outcome that best suited me and my situation. That employer took a great deal from me. I had another law firm representing me on a non-compete, and when it became clear that I needed new representation, I reached out to Hawks Quindel. Aaron Bibb took my case and he represented me extremely well to an agreeable resolution of the case, and costs were extremely reasonable and fair. I would wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Bibb and HQ for all of your employee-side labor disputes. I can't imagine a better firm in Madison to do so.
