Adam was a great attorney. He was always very helpful with my questions. He was willing to do a lot of emailing and texting which was easier based on my work and home schedule’s.. We would definitely use him again if we needed and I would recommend him! Great job at helping my boyfriend get a smaller sentencing on his big felony charges

My wife and I came to visit Wisconsin last year for some R and R and unfortunately found ourselves in need of an attorney. What we thought to be a simple misunderstanding quickly escalated into more and we found ourselves in a desperate situation doing our best to research available attorneys with experience and a good reputation in the area. Neither my wife or I have a record or have ever been in trouble so to speak, so we found it a bit overwhelming in differentiating which attorney would be the right fit for us so to speak. We came across a lot of attorneys but ultimately decided to go with Adam Welch. Upon our research we found Adam to be listed as Wisconsin elite when it came to law and trial cases. After retaining Adam's services, it was beyond apparent why. Not only did he live up to everything we read online and then some...He had a very polite and kind demeanor and it was obvious he cared. Let me say that again. I whole hearted believe that not only did he care, but he had our best interests in mind. Now a days, that's a hard found quality in any line of work. It did not go unnoticed. After almost a year of dealing with a less than desirable District attorney, Adam stuck to his guns and we ended up going to trial. Again, neither my wife and I have ever been through anything like this and it was beyond a little nerve racking to say the least. Adam was cool, calm and collect and reassuring the entire time. In fact, not only during the trial, but the entire time for the last year any time we needed Adam made himself available. Ultimately, a not guilty verdict was had which was what we were hoping for and thank goodness we can finally start to put all this behind us. I hope that no one ever finds themselves in a situation like ours, but life happens...Thank God we found Adam. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAN!!! When we felt no one else would listen even from the State, he did and he never stopped. Thank you again, we are so appreciative!

Recently we found ourselves in shock when one of our kids got into legal trouble. We had no clue where to turn or what to do. During our research we came across Jonas's webpage. To us it was important that we hire the best legal help we could. That we find someone who would fight to protect our kid as much as we would, someone who cared and would be honest with us, someone whose past clients said could be trusted. We sent an email to his office to see if our case was the type of case he handled and were amazed how quickly and perfectly things fell into place. Jonas called us personally - during the call he repeatedly said "It is serious but it's going to be OK Mom." He was right. It was serious, but it is going to be OK. Would we recommend him? Absolutely 100%. He didn't pull any punches with us. He was honest and forthright. He helped us through a very trying time in our lives and we are grateful.

Jonas and his Legal Secretary, Amber, are such a great team! Not only did they treat us like special guests, but also provided very thorough and effective lawyering. Jonas was very knowledgeable and resourceful for an out – of – the – ordinary bike versus car case. This was a situation where we had to prove that it was not the car driver’s fault, but was instead the bicyclist’s fault. Jonas got the case and ticket all dismissed before trial. Bednarek is not an easy name to remember, so I have worked very hard to make it stick in my head so that I may recommend this Lawyer Team to everyone I come across in need of an Attorney! All Attorneys cost a pretty penny, and several of them can leave you frustrated.
