As a physician and small business owner of 40 years, I have had encounters with many different attorneys. Noelle helped us create our LLC and drafted all of our necessary paperwork. We knew what we wanted to accomplish but didn't know how to go about doing it. With recent events I had great difficulty adding a business trade name with the state of Wisconsin to my LLC. Noelle was able to reach the proper departments, file my new trade name, and walked me through everything as it happened. I can't recommend Noelle enough.

In a lot of my experience with lawyers they use a lot of jargon that doesn't make sense to non-law types (like myself). That is not the case at all with Noelle. She took the time to explain what each form meant in plain English to me and explained what that would mean for me and my family. She was very helpful in explaining situations that could arise and how decision we made could protect against the worst case outcomes. It can be unpleasant to talk about the end of your life or what happens if you are incapacitated, but Noelle actually listened and made it not as bad as I feared it would be. She really had a good handle on the financial side of the plan too, made me feel confident in the plan we developed. She even helped me with forming an LLC for a side business of mine - she made it quick and painless. I really enjoyed working with her and will definitely be using her for all my future Estate Planning needs. I would highly recommend her!

To be honest I have never liked any lawyer before, but it was a such a pleasure having Rick Coad defend me. He was very professional, empathetic, and truly understood all aspects of my case.
