Corey was my attorney for my case, and she was beyond amazing. We had been battling this case for three years and she was by my side helping me along the way with it all. Working with Jason and Jenny from Habash was great. They took care of everything for me. Their support during this terrible time for me was great. They got me a settlement that worked for me.

Breanne did a fantastic job to resolve outstanding medical bills for a client that was hospitalized and had a change of coverage during that same period. Prior to her work a person who had health coverage the entire period was being billed for close to 20 thousand dollars as two HMO's denied coverage. After a complete review Breanne determined that the first coverage was improperly terminated early and not in accordance with the employee handbook. Subsequent coverage started with the qualifying event and to compound matters, this medical condition involved 2 different hospitals out of state, located in New Hampshire. It was only due to her complete review of all the medical records, employee handbook, conversations with the employee Human Resource department, and the hospital billing office and two different HMO's that this situation was resolved. What started as an impossible situation was finally resolved the way that most people that have health insurance would think, that they would pay their appropriate deductible and that they would cover the rest. It would not have ended this way without a professional on your side, if you need legal counsel, you will find none better.
