We lost our Mother in an auto accident in June 2012. Our lives were turned upside down - especially our Dad's. Like many, we've had little to no experience in dealing with an attorney, especially for something like this! We received a ton of letters from attorneys who apparently read local papers for people in need of attorneys, but thankfully friends who work for a local insurance agency actually recommended Habush, Habush & Rottier. We called them, and James Jansen was assigned to our case. James worked closely with our family, explained every option and answered every question we had in terms we could clearly understand. He kept in close contact, and would sometimes just drop a line or make a call to see how we were doing, even if there was no news on our case. Practicing law for so many years, he was not only extremely knowledgeable in the law and process, but was very familiar with many other attorneys in the area... and is very respected among them. We ended up settling out of court and were pleased with our fair settlement. Sadly, between the time of the accident and the settlement, we lost our Dad to kidney failure / colon cancer.
