They were very professional, caring, compassionate, attentive, paid extreme attention to detail to my case and super fantastic to deal with! After my car accident I didn't think I would need to call a lawyer and there wouldn't be much to gain if I did, but the other driver's insurance company started calling and emailing trying to get me to settle, so I called the first law firm that came to mind, the Madison office of Habush Habush & Rottier to see if they could help me deal with the insurance companies and costs. The phone answerer immediately transferred me to an available attorney, Jason Knutson. I was surprised to be able to talk to an actual attorney on my first call. From that point forward Jason and his paralegal, Jenny Machotka, handled every aspect of my case. The service was outstanding, they answered all my questions throughout the negotiation, and they got a settlement for me which was much more than I expected. Even after the settlement they helped with an outstanding bill that had been overlooked by one of the insurance companies. Best of all, I didn't have to do any of the negotiation to receive a fair settlement and closure. They made me feel cared for.

We built our home in 2008 and were extremely disheartened, as we watched nitrates in our water climb to excessive unsafe levels. We became accustomed to drinking bottled water, and worried that the legacy we intended to leave to our children was losing value and appeal. We had no ability to fight the local CAFO we suspected was causing contamination. In 2018 Habush Habush & Rottier took on the cause and battled for resolution. Their staff was competent, responsive, & dedicated to righting the wrong that they ultimately proved was being committed. They were able to obtain legal stoppage of damaging practices, worked hard to bring the case to fruition, and the result was financial compensation for those of us who had been wronged. We owe a debt of gratitude for their professionalism and compassion, as they diligently worked on our behalf to return our home to a healthy environment; for us and for our children and grandchildren.
