We built our home in 2008 and were extremely disheartened, as we watched nitrates in our water climb to excessive unsafe levels. We became accustomed to drinking bottled water, and worried that the legacy we intended to leave to our children was losing value and appeal. We had no ability to fight the local CAFO we suspected was causing contamination. In 2018 Habush Habush & Rottier took on the cause and battled for resolution. Their staff was competent, responsive, & dedicated to righting the wrong that they ultimately proved was being committed. They were able to obtain legal stoppage of damaging practices, worked hard to bring the case to fruition, and the result was financial compensation for those of us who had been wronged. We owe a debt of gratitude for their professionalism and compassion, as they diligently worked on our behalf to return our home to a healthy environment; for us and for our children and grandchildren.

Breanne Snapp and her team were fantastic! They stuck with me for several years and handled everything. Breanne was extremely professional and helpful, I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Eric Ryberg was kind, straight forward and always took the time to answer my questions along the way. He went the extra mile to help me and get the help he could for me after I was hit by a car while on my motorcycle. He helped make a tough time of recovery a little better. I was able to focus on my recovery and feel comfortable that he had my back so I didn't have to worry about the legal/insurance things while I focused on getting better. It has taken me awhile to figure out what I wanted to write but words cannot describe David Blinka and his team. My case took 4 long years, but they made it bearable and worth it. Highly recommend Habush Habush & Rottier S.C. especially Attorney Eric J. Ryberg. Over 4 years ago I was involved in an accident at work. This accident resulted in 2 surgeries to repair my broken tibia and fibula. While in the hospital Attorney Ryberg came to hear my case and determined it was strong enough to seek legal action.
