Working with Attorney Jae makes the whole process easier and more peaceful! Jae is very organized and make things easy to understand and to prepare. He listed all the recommended documents for us to prepare for the initial submission and also for the interview. He even printed all the documents and put them in the binder for our interview! While the time estimation for the interview was a little bit uncertain because of the policy changes, he was patient and kept us updated. After he got a rough idea of how long we would wait, he created a graphic to show the time estimation and the time for our interview was very close to his estimation! After several consultation with local immigration attorneys in Madison, my husband and I decided to work with Francis Law Center. Unlike other local law offices, attorney Jae Francis handles both Wisconsin and Illinois cases. He is very knowledgeable about how USCIS field offices in Milwaukee and Chicago operate. I referred my family members who needed immigration attorney help in downtown Chicago to him. He handled all court appearance for them in downtown Chicago. It was very convenient to work with multiple law offices.

Attorney Jae was incredibly helpful with helping my wife & I through the K-1 Visa process. He made every effort to answer all of our questions considering we had some additional obstacles to overcome during the process. Very open about the timeline & requirements. Keep in mind, that there is a lot of work that you will have to do as these processes aren't designed to be easy, or straightforward. You (petitioner) & your spouse (Alien) will have to provide a lot of documentation throughout your case and it is imperative that they are organized & well labeled. Jae helps us through this with giving very clear instructions and guidance. I highly recommend Francis Law Center if you're looking for guidance on immigration cases.

Jae helped me and my wife navigate the Fiance' Visa and Green Card process and we had a good experience.

Attorney Jae was very helpful with getting my wife her green card. All we had to do was fill out the documents with him and show up to our meetings. He made the whole process very smooth and easy. We couldn't imagine doing this without such a good attorney. Also, took way less time than expected. :D
