I scheduled an appointment with Attorney Lotfi to discuss an immigration case. Couple of days after they generously refunded their consultation fee that I paid without any request from me. At the time I had a case that not much could have been done for it.

She could not help us with our immigration issue. We did not expect any apologies but were shocked when blamed us for her failing. I do not recommend her. Very unprofessional.

I had a very complicated case related to EO travel ban and was about to lose my job and not being able to return to the US. Shabnam literally solved my problems with one email and I received my visa a week after that. She is very professional, sharp and caring. I will definitely recommend her for any immigration related issues. Do yourself a favor and contact her! you will not regret it.
