Joe Bugni was a massive help to me after my husband passed away last August. I had some business issues that needed to be resolved, and he was helpful and incredibly compassionate. He takes his role very seriously, and I felt heard throughout the entire process. He was detailed and thorough as he helped me move forward. I am beyond grateful for Joe's help during such a challenging year. What felt overwhelming and daunting was resolved with his guidance and assistance. He has remained in touch, and his kindness and empathy towards others and his knowledge and professionalism are steadfast, consistent, and genuine. I recommend Joe and his firm to anyone needing help through troubled times.

I needed an attorney for some personal issues, went in for the consultation where a lot of promises were made while also speaking ill of other lawyers in the area I was considering. Felt very pressured into signing a contract and once signed the lawyer had no time for me, no communication with the DA’s office, was late to court causing the judge to be frustrated with me for my lawyers lack of professionalism and obvious lies for reasons of tardiness and dragged this out for months while billing me a full hour for unresponded to voicemails and emails. I will billed for a lot of hours that in no way was relevant to my case or the amount of real work put into it. Overall I would not recommend this firm, they are not worth their high priced rates and lack of work ethic. I ended up having to fire them and move onto another office that was trashed by them in my initial meeting. My new representation was nothing but professional and had my case resolved within 2 weeks of moving my business. They are now helping me file a complaint against Hurley Burish for unethical conduct and are representing others for the same exact issues with this firm!

I wanted to let everyone know how instrumental this firm and especially David Saperstein have been in this transition in my life. Not only did he and this firm represent me as a lawyer, but David saw my true heart and represented me as a friend. His name is listed in my book of life. I can't thank him enough!!

I went in for a free consultation and was pressured into signing a contract to have them represent me, then was billed over $200 for that appointment. I was promised a lot of things this law firm could do for me, but none of it was true. The attorney representing me accepted a plea deal in court without discussing it prior with me, and I began asking for my client records that took over 2 months to get. When I did receive them I had someone elses case discovery, I had interdepartmental emails in which they were mocking me, speaking horrible about me, and were using my case as a negotiation for another client, that if I plead to my charges, their other client would get a better offer from the DA’s office. My billing was padded to justify where the money was spent including being billed for emailing the owner, which went unanswered, to ask if this is how they conducted business, and billed for the meeting my attorney had with the owner. Do not hire this law firm, they are only out to get your money and the services they say they have in house is a fabrication to make them seem more credible for the amount they charge.

I hired John to help advise me on a landscaping dispute with a neighbor after a poor experience with another lawyer. John absolutely exceeded my expectations. He was timely, extremely professional, organized, and carefully outlined all of the aspects I should consider. He was good at listening and grasping a complication situation, and did all of this during our first 1 hour meeting. The time he spent after the freebie hour was very responsibly spent, and he certainly justified his rate. I'm very pleased that I was able to get an appointment with John.
