Chris walked me through and outlined the legal situation, told me what I should do going forward. Chris never tried to get me off the phone and he was extremely thorough. In the skeevy world of lawyers that just want your money, I have to say that Chris Van Wagner is not only a thorough and well versed lawyer, but he is also an extremely good person that will genuinely be there for his clients. LOOK NO FURTHER! After one phone call with Mr. Chris Van Wagner, I knew I had the right person. In my uncomfortable time he made me feel comfortable. We all know attorney have to sell themselves, but he went over other attorney options with me. Tell me that's not customer service at it finest! What he says, he does! Dont waste your time looking anywhere else! You already have enough on your plate!

As a court observer, I watched as Mr. Van Wagner waged an aggresive, effective, extremely high energy and well prepared defense this week. I was awed by his performance, in a case where a 15 year old accused a 49 year old man of multiple accounts of sexual touching over a 5 year period....when she was between 5 to 10 years old! He completely demolished the prosecution's case using their own evidence - he demonstrated how their detective work was slipshod, incomplete, and weak. The jury returned a not guilty verdict within about four hours (not including lunch). In this age where mere allegations of a sexual nature can destroy a life, it's good to know you have recourse to a lawyer of Mr Van Wagner's caliber. If I ever needed a criminal defense lawyer, I would definately use Mr. Van Wagner.

I called Attorney Van Wagner in a time of panicked confusion about how to deal with a legal issue I was facing. I had never been in that kind of situation before, and was totally in the dark. To my surprise, Attorney Van Wagner called me back later that same day; in the evening actually. It was well after business hours, but he stayed on the phone with me to talk me through the whole situation. After a very detailed explanation about how the system works and what I could expect, he offered me a deal. Attorney Van Wagner would contact the DA's office to follow up on my case and let me know their plans, free of charge. All he asked was that I would consider hiring him in the event I needed any legal help. Ultimately, the DA declined to pursue any charges and I was granted immense relief (several days before the scheduled hearing). Had I not had that conversation with Attorney Van Wagner, I can say with certainty that I would have spent the week worried about how to navigate that issue. His kind words and assistance were and are greatly appreciated. I absolutely recommend working with him.

Chris did all he could have and beyond for me. I couldn't have asked for a better representative. After he took care of everything, the courts made a few errors and he took care of them as well.
