I would give zero stars if possible. I paid Mr. Jurek a $500 down-payment after doing some consulting on the phone. After that Mr. Jurek became increasingly difficult to get a hold of. As time was of the essence in my case, it was important I talk to him. He soon avoided me completely. I called him from a different telephone number than my primary number and he answered immediately. After I told him my name he pretended he couldn't hear me on the phone! He then gave me the incorrect website to contact him on to see if I was eligible for "a partial refund." Aside from consulting, all he did was email my probation officer to inform her he was representing me then called me and told me to call her. This was after he advised me to avoid her. His time delays caused me to lose the chance to prove my innocence as he advised me to wait for him to accompany me to the place I needed to go to prove my innocence. The day before the event I hired him for he told me he would no longer be representing me. He directed me to a fake website. When I informed him the email address was faulty he sent me another address. This did not work either. I found his site by googling him. There were boxes to fill out with your name, email and message but no send button! By far the worst lawyer I've ever had the displeasure of encountering. Although he is inexpensive and has flexible hours, that means nothing when he avoids you and does not do his job. Now I have to sue him in small claims court for my refund.

Recently we found ourselves in shock when one of our kids got into legal trouble. We had no clue where to turn or what to do. During our research we came across Jonas's webpage. To us it was important that we hire the best legal help we could. That we find someone who would fight to protect our kid as much as we would, someone who cared and would be honest with us, someone whose past clients said could be trusted. We sent an email to his office to see if our case was the type of case he handled and were amazed how quickly and perfectly things fell into place. Jonas called us personally - during the call he repeatedly said "It is serious but it's going to be OK Mom." He was right. It was serious, but it is going to be OK. Would we recommend him? Absolutely 100%. He didn't pull any punches with us. He was honest and forthright. He helped us through a very trying time in our lives and we are grateful.

Jonas and his Legal Secretary, Amber, are such a great team! Not only did they treat us like special guests, but also provided very thorough and effective lawyering. Jonas was very knowledgeable and resourceful for an out – of – the – ordinary bike versus car case. This was a situation where we had to prove that it was not the car driver’s fault, but was instead the bicyclist’s fault. Jonas got the case and ticket all dismissed before trial. Bednarek is not an easy name to remember, so I have worked very hard to make it stick in my head so that I may recommend this Lawyer Team to everyone I come across in need of an Attorney! All Attorneys cost a pretty penny, and several of them can leave you frustrated. The Bednarek Law Office was money well spent… their excellent service was effective, knowledgeable, courteous, enthusiastic, thorough, resourceful, and more! 6 Stars and 0 Frustrations
