I was referred by Hyatt legal plans. I contacted them on phone and gave me all the details. I was told that they would get back to me soon. I called after two days as they did not call back. Waited for two more days to remind them that they have not called back. No response after 7 days.

Attorney Chimere Nwankwo and Schuster Family Law did an amazing job for me in handling my divorce. Chimere was thorough, professional and always on top of what needed to be taken care of. Michael True was professional, incredibly responsive, and brought a sense of calm when challenges arose we did not expect. He is very knowledgeable and offered insight on what to expect for court dates and eventually a trial. His kind mannerisms and thorough understanding of law did not disappoint. The least impartial attorney and unethical GAL you will find. If you are a male, do everything possible to not let her be appointed. She does not concern herself with the truth or facts. Incredibly unprofessional

I went to Schuster Family Law for assistance in getting my parenting plan changed. Jack Schuster and Chimere Nwankwo met with me in person and heard my concerns and desires. They were very cognizant of the tight timeline that I had and got to work right away. I also expressed my concern about the potential cost of the process and they were very fair in the billing and expenses that were needed. They were also realistic in explaining potential scenarios that may result in additional costs. Chimere Nwankwo primarily handled my case and he was great at keeping me informed and updated as we went through the process of mediation and a court mandated study. I was always given options on how to proceed as changes arose and they explained what their recommendations were. When the other party was playing "hardball" Jack Schuster stepped in and assisted with communications and emergent filings and proved they were a united force in the fight. I had the best team on my side! While some of their recommendations were not the "cheapest" options, in the end they proved to be the most "quality" options and this led to the best outcome for my family. It was worth every dollar! If you are looking for a family law practice that has your family's best interest at heart and teams with you from beginning to end, look no further. I am very thankful for all their hard work!

Briane represented my case for about 3 years. He was always unavailable and unresponsive whenever I needed his advice. He gave me a poor advice at the beginning pushing me to settle the case and in the long run it cost me a lot more because I agreed to do something I should have never agreed to. He also prepared poorly for the court hearing. My key witness was not able to testify because the other party declared him “not an expert witness” and Briane failed to do anything about it. Briane failed to properly declare voice mail messages as evidence and the other party found a loophole to dismiss these records as evidence. He failed to provide any police reports to the judge to support my case. Even the judge made a statement that he heard many testimonials, but no reports to back them up. So it was my word against the other party’s attorney words. I have prepared a list of questions I wanted Briane to ask at the hearing, he did not bring any of them up. I was surprised by some of the questions he asked me during the hearing. I felt like they did not help my case in any way. As a result, the judge primarily supported the other party’s position. I paid close to $30,000 for these services. I am very disappointed.
