I give this guy a three thumbs up! Everything I expected in a great attorney! Even when I wasn't expecting a call, David called me and asked if I was good! I strongly recommend hiring David!

Katie Harrell represents the father of my child. I have full custody & placement. The father has a restraining order on me, Katie called my attorney & said if I do adoption the father will drop his restraining order against me. This is illegal adoption pressure. Due to her actions I was not able to place my baby for adoption & her quid pro quo made the adoption invalid.

I was referred to Dave Bolles by a good friend. It was a great decision as he listened to all my concerns and addressed them as the case went through the process. Dave fought extremely hard to keep my future career/goals in sight. We were able to come to an agreement with the prosecutor on the best course of action that had my future interests in mind. I will continue to refer people to Dave and only have great things to say about his representation going forward.

David went above and beyond all expectations in my case. I was involved in an accident and was facing severe criminal problems. Throughout the years long process David worked tirelessly to line up experts in several areas when it looked like it was going to trial. He was able to line up blood, impairment, and other law experts on my behalf. Through his efforts the case was eventually dismissed, when the DA realized there was no chance, and I am finally able to move on with my life.

I had David for my case ... I was going to bring it to trial because I was not guilty but just started a new job and couldn’t afford to waste three days in court. So I decided to take a plea and David ended up talking to the DA on my behalf and getting it dropped day of.
