I met Attorney Stegall at a time in my life when, after suffering a horrible betrayal, I was feeling powerless to prevent injustice. He told me I could trust him to be there until the end and that I would not have to face what was to come alone. I had the unfortunate need for an attorney on a weekend, the day before leaving on a trip that would force me to miss my court date, creating a lot of anxiety for many reasons. Not only did Dave contact me on that Saturday, but he assured me that he could take my case in a conservative way to help minimize costs. Attorney Stegall handled my DUI case and the State of WI wanted to charge me with a 3rd offence (even though my other two DUIs were over 13 years earlier). He was able to get it reduced back down to a 1st. This saved me jail time, a much larger fine and my license revocation was minimal. He is a GREAT communicator and make what is a very stressful time...much less stressful!!.. I have already recommend him to several of my business clients and personal friend...
