I was very impressed with the work that Mr. Stegall did for me on my case. He went over all the possiblilities that I could encounter through the process. Was very informative. Provided me with answers to any questions I had. Was very responsive to any time I needed to communicate with him. I would strongly recommend David Stegall.

David shows and executes excellent knowledge and understanding of both state and federal laws. He is as a two edged sword with his extremely capable understanding from both the standpoint of defense and prosecution, yet his greatest tool is his most humble and respectful demeanor both with his clients and with the opposition. His eagerness for furthering what is right is refreshing and encouraging. If I am ever in need of legal help of any kind again, I have no doubts nor hesitations I will be going directly back to David Stegall.

My son unexpectedly was in need of a lawyer. David was very patient explaining what could or would happen. He informed us of exactly what to expect in court (needless to say we were both a little nervous). He responded to questions in a reasonable amount of time. Our outcome was very positive.

Mr Stegall and his legal assistant Christine were wonderful to work with. They made the process very streamline and painless to handle my college student's traffic violation. He was very timely and handled everything from start to finish. Handling the case from out of town seemed like a major deal, but they took care of everything. I was mistakenly charged with felony child abuse. Mr. Stegall gave me the confidence I needed to fight the charges. He kept me informed about every aspect of the court proceedings. Each and every time I stepped into court I knew what to expect . Not only was he prepared but he made sure I was too. Initially I was very afraid and unsure. Mr. Stegall believed in my innocence from the very beginning, he fought rigorously to the very end. !There was a time I became so exhausted that I almost pled to a lesser charge just to get my life back. However Mr. Stegall was determined to seek justice. In the end justice prevailed,the charges were dropped. If you need someone to fight on your behalf wholeheartedly he's the one you want to call!

I was involved in damages to property that I flat out did not do, but the police and court did not care to hear my side of the story. It was, as David says, easy and convenient for them to just say it was my fault. So I felt alone and helpless until I got into contact with David Stegall. From the start David was very understanding and courteous. He was always willing to help walk me through the process and tell me what was to be expected so I was never meet with any surprises. In the end David Stegall was able to have my case dropped and a huge stress was lifted off my shoulders. I am very thankful I found David Stegall when I was looking for an attorney and would easily recommend him to anyone.

I was arrested due to strict police policy for an issue which if the officers had any discretion, most likely would not have resulted in arrest. But the justice system is blind and left to its own devices, would have ground me up and cost me my job at the least. I submitted an online request for help on a weekend and Dave responded far sooner than I had imagined possible. We had a thorough talk about the facts and likely outcomes and Dave both described what he could and would do for me as well as how I could expect events to play out. Dave got an excellent result for me (no charges filed) by virtue of being prepared and respectfully aggressive on my behalf. I am very satisfied and and as other reviewers have stated, Dave is both the guy you want in your corner for a legal matter and someone you could be proud to call a friend.
