We cannot recommend David Stegal highly enough. As our son's guardian ad litem in a sensitive case, he thoroughly researched and advocated for a fair outcome, far exceeding his role. Even after his official duties ended, David graciously continued advising us as we navigated the complicated settlement process. His empathy, diligence and legal expertise were invaluable. When the opposing counsel was evasive about finalizing agreements, David stepped in to resolve matters. He even helped us successfully negotiate a better settlement from the insurer. Throughout the challenges, he was a tireless ally. Lawyers like David are rare - he provides excellent legal guidance but also genuinely cares about his clients. Thanks to his dedication, we found justice and closure. We will be grateful to David for his compassion and commitment to our family. We have come to an agreement that is both satisfying to me and fair to both of us. I did not expect to hear back from anyone after leaving this review. To my surprise, she reached out. Tracy cares about her clients and about her firm’s reputation. Thank you, Tracy! ____________________\_ This firm had tenuous communication. They were difficult to reach. They didn’t agree to meet in person. They didn’t offer a defense strategy and charged 15 bands for a pre-trial fee. They were hired from a referral from a long-time family friend. Their performance didn’t match the price. Look elsewhere.

My husband reached out to Terry Polish for a lemon law issue on our new 2023 Truck. It's been in the shop more than out in the last 10 mo and overqualified for WI Lemon Law. We have lost thousands of dollars on cx vacations, gas bringing it in numerous times, transmission rebuilt 4x, etc. When Terry called, we were eager to ask questions, look to him for advice , and see what our options were. He was rude, told us he needed to see reports which we could easily send him- but just asked based off of the dates, money, and documentation we DID already send- wanted his thoughts or any emotion at all on what to do. It's been so stressful. He refused to answer us, just said he wants manufacture reports, and when my husband asked if he thought we had a case- he literally said " if you don't want to send the reports, that's fine" my husband was like "what?" We CAN send them but just wanted to talk to you as a person based on what initiated this and get your thoughts." ????????!!!! He then said " I don't want your case" and hung up on us! I don't even have a response at this moment and have no idea why he was so rude and unprofessional to us when we are the "client" calling for help! Unbelievable. We called a different lawyer, we're treated with respect and compassion for all we have been through, and we're treated very professionally. Do not go to this Terry Polich. I've never been treated like that in my life and can honestly say I have no idea what the heck just happened or why!

Anne was absolutely fantastic! I believed my situation to be simple, and an attorney was simply going to be used for filing and logistics. When things turned for the worse and maximum entitlement was asked for, she was available to me, listened to all of my rationale, and clearly explained to me what the law could and could not do for me. She was a personal comfort to me when it seemed that so much was not going my way, citing examples of how my situation will be for the better in the end. I felt in good hands throughout the entire process, and that I came out of my situation with as much as the law would allow.

Ryan Muir has a great way of putting you at ease. He is a great communicator and very knowledgeable.
