I contacted Lawton & Cates due to a traffic citation I received. Dave Stegall was assigned my case and contacted me promptly. Don't waste your time with this law firm. Signed retainer agreement for representation in a consumer case. Since February 29th 2024 endless phone calls, voice mails, emails with no response. No contact from Briane P since signing retainer agreement. Was even promised callback from head of law frim that didn't happen. keep looking when searching for legal representation this firm is very unprofessional.
