This las August both, my mom and sister were able to obtain their USA citizenship. It took 20 years and 30 years respectively to achieve this. Shabnam really cares about you! Please believe me when I say this! We got a 'Request For Evidence' (RFE) from USCIS, which was really hard to interpret (this was due to an error from USCIS). You know you are walking on a tight rope when you get an RFE, and your response has to be inclusive else your application will be denied. Shabnam made sure she called the USCIS daily till she could speak with an agent to clarify the RFE. You could tell she spent quite some time looking into the details and we gathered all possible evidence to ensure that we wouldn't have any problem with our petition. Of course we didn't, and the petition was approved accordingly! I would highly recommend Shabnam (Lofti Legal LLC) to anyone looking to secure the services of an immigration lawyer.

I hired a different attorney for a serious case, and I was offered multiple years in prison as a plea, and there was no room for negotiation. I dropped that lawyer and hired Erika, and she was somehow able to negotiate a plea deal of straight probation. Furthermore, I hired her with no expectations besides that it couldn't possibly get any worse, and she delivered the seemingly impossible. If you are dealing with a family violence case or anything of the sort, I wouldn't trust anyone other than Erika, and I would recommend her to anyone.
