I retained Mr. Shaun O'connell for my 2nd DUI offense. I was very scared and uncertain of what the outcome would be and from the minute he was on my case I had a sense of relief. Any time I had any fears or uncertainty he was just an email or a call away. I hired David while facing a 2nd OWI and refusal charge and things couldn't have gone better. In short, both the OWI and the refusal charges were dismissed and I was only required to pay for a minor traffic violation. He was extremely friendly and understanding from the very start and told me he would fight as much as he could because that's what he's paid to do. Whenever there was new relevant information on the case he would contact me to inform me and whenever I had questions he would always reply promptly. Hiring him was the best decision I could have possibly made and I recommend him to defend anyone facing an OWI/DUI.

Well usually I don't leave reviews but this attorney deserves it hands down. David Anderson did an amazing job the outcome from start to finish & the entire process was more than I anticipated ,finally the final outcome was shockingly way better than I anticipated as well, also he is a straightforward straight-shooting easy to communicate with as would your friend as well being extremely professional, and if God forbid ever comes a time I need a lawyer again I am not looking anywhere else just calling him. Hands down happy with everything I would recommend calling him to my own family... I guess I can't say enough other than please don't waste your time and just give him a call.

Best choice of my life hiring Dave Anderson. Very experienced he was able to get a felony charge dropped and dismissed. He will fight for you and make sure you get the best outcome. Truly a kind and caring guy and had always believed in me and assured me it was going to be okay. He was always honest about what was going on and what he thought was best. I am glad I hired him and god forbid I get in trouble again, but at least if i do ill know who to call.

I was hit with an OWI as well as a possession of a firearm while intoxicated. Needless to say, I was scared beyond words - especially since I could have been facing jail time even though I had a valid conceal carry permit and had misunderstood the law when it came to gun possession while back in your car. I went online and saw the reviews Anderson and O'Connell and gave them a call. It was the best decision I made in a long time. Mr. Anderson and Sara Anderson were beyond professional, efficient, and friendly. They kept me updated on my legal case and documents. Mr. Anderson was able to help me avoid the ignition interlock for the OWI, and I avoided jail due to his efforts on the conceal carry issue. My friend and coworker also received an OWI recently and he went with another lawyer who charged him double the fees I paid. Not only that, but my friend is livid with the lack of professionalism and follow thru from his over-charging lawyer and said he wished he had gone with Anderson and O'Connell. I highly recommended Anderson and O'Connell. Hopefully I won't ever be needing their services again, but if you ever do, I suggest giving them a call.
