I had dealt with Mr. Jacobson a while back with my own legal endeavors and I couldn't ask for a better client to attorney relationship. Lawyers nowadays are always incredibly rude and almost never take the time to know the client they are dealing with. I can say for certain that Mr. Jacobson is a man that takes pride in his work, very kind and understanding of my situation and actually wanted to help me through what I was going through. I thank him greatly for his services and his great conversation!

Richard lied about his experience, took my money and never did any work. When I asked for my money back he claimed he used it up in preparing the civil complaint, however he in unable to show proof of his work. Now I'm left having to file a complaint in order to get my money back.

Mr. Jacobson represented me with a minor case, but gave it the utmost attention and care. He provided very useful immediate advice at the time that he agreed to represent me, stayed on top of things as everything developed, and made sure I understood my options and choices. Perhaps most importantly, he made sure that I wouldn't let a minor inconvenience become a life-controlling issue, and provided a good mix of comfort and frankness. Richard helped me close my business by first filing a Chpt & and then Chpt 11 bankruptcy. He was very thorough and compassionate with advice and I went through a very hard time. I was able to avoid also filing a personal bankruptcy.
