Hired Brent Eisberner to address fraudulent credit card account and charges in my name that a Collection company said that I was responsible. They Listed a false home address, and the Collection company would not listen to me, they just wanted $5000. When the credit card company would not listen, I called Brent for help. Brent presented the facts and the proof to show that the account was fraudulent... Court dismissed the claim with prejudice. It was a blessing to be able to have Dailey work for me. He was the only lawyer I've ever hired ! And would work with him again if the chance arose. He was very detailed in making sure everything he did and said was professional. He helped me ** WIN ** my case !!!! What started as a rather harsh break up between me and my ex fiance of 8 year's with 2 kids, he helped me avoid a domestic violence injunction and loosing my gun rights, and more for what was a bogus attempt by my ex to rid me of her and my kids lives... with Dailey's hard work and strong work ethic we showed up to court to prove I was and Am a father that was concerned for his kid's well-being and safety. In an attempt to locate my kid's at my ex's house one night I could not find them. A very short time later I was greeted by her pulling in at 2 am with no kids on her allowed time he set between ourselves. She tried to say I was stalking her and was a threat. This all took place 3 months after splitting up after 8 year's. The Dad in me was crushed, I no longer got to see my kids on a daily basis. I wanted my kids every single day !!!! So to find she wasn't even with them on her time hurt even worse. At our court hearing Dailey made the case very strong and loud that I was not a threat what we had here was a Dad that wanted all legal rights and placement to his kids. After hearing the case the judge was very thorough in making sure all areas of the case got looked at then ruled he would not allow the injunction to go through and threw it out !!!!! WE WON !!!! The judge then signed us up for family court. In which I retained my legal 50/50 shared custody and placement. To this day I get my kid's on a 2 - 2 - 3 schedule. Had I not hired Mr. Dailey Johnson as my lawyer I'm confident thing would not have went that way. Everyone tried to paint a bad picture about the Dad or "man" and Dailey didn't allow it ! That's why I'm forever grateful with my decision to hire Dailey Johnson and you should be TOO !

A colleague reached out to discuss a personal business matter with Atty Eisberner. Following the conversation, the attorney went on Facebook and posted about it, making a mockery of the situation. The actions by this attorney are at a minimum unethical. Will be filing a complaint with WI State Bar and OLR.
