In the midst of a crisis it can be overwhelming to try and sort through a flood of attorneys. Nick was shared via word of mouth and the person who was sharing couldn't say enough good things about his integrity and his desire to fight for you. I found this to be true along with excellent communication, efficient work flow, and calming presence. Trustworthy, Passionate, and grounded. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Nick helped me with a very messy situation involving a residential lease agreement and a very vindictive family. He was incredibly empathic during the whole ordeal and was able to come up with a solution and follow through in a short amount of time.

I was recently offered my first book deal, so I consulted with Nick regarding the contract. I met with Nick at his office, and his associate joined us on the phone despite being home sick. Nick had thoroughly prepared for our consultation, having made notes on sections of the contract that he wanted to bring to my attention. Nick walked through each section of the contract, explaining what the legal jargon meant and answering any questions I had. He anticipated issues I hadn't thought of and indicated how the contract might need to be renegotiated based on some of the things we discussed. I brought up an additional point for consideration right at the end of our meeting, and Nick made sure to look into it and sent me an additional follow up email afterwards with his final recommendations. Overall, Nick and his associate were prepared, thorough, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me and looking out for my best interests. I will definitely seek out Nick's help with any further contract negotiations or other legal matters.
