In March of 2023 my wife and I met with attorney Jen Hanna and paralegal Aaron at Eastbridge Law Group, LLP, seeking help and legal advice with various USCIS immigration issues for my wife, who is originally from Indonesia 🇮🇩. Our first meeting with Eastbridge Law turned out to be an excellent decision. In only 8 months time (October 2023) after that, attorney Jen and her staff helped my wife secure her working permit (I-765 Employment Authorization to work in US), Green Card (I-485 Permanent Resident Card), SSN (social security number) and many other necessary documents. As my wife and I have learned, immigration law is a complex matter, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the skillful, efficient, and friendly services provided by attorney Jen and Aaron, as well paralegals Mary, Alexia and Ana too,,,honestly, just an excellent and attentive staff overall at Eastbridge Law Group, LLC. All of my phone calls from Amber she was constantly telling me I’m ‘just a number’ and she has ‘dealt with my case hundreds of times’. After my first court date, I specifically ask for an earlier phone call to help me understand and prepare for the next court date. She called just a few days before with not much to say and then the morning of my next appearance asks for an extension because she never took the time to inform me I could have had friends or family write letters to help my case (something I could have easily prepared for). I think this specifically had an effect on my sentence; it just looked like a silly extension she needed ‘to review my files’ when she had no differences to bring to the court. I felt she just didn’t know my case when she walked in. Every time I was on the phone with her she bragged about her successes and spent no time on my case. The beginning of her phone calls, that were scheduled weeks in advance, she would keep saying ‘let me find your notes’, ‘let me find your files’, ‘What do you need to know?’ Did you spend anytime before our meeting preparing for my case? I felt helpless and alone during my time of need and disappointed by the terrible help I had with Eastbridge law group. The follow through consisted of emails for ‘updates to documents’, no phone calls to me as I went through my process or a follow up of how things ended. I finally understand that I can complain about my service; I would not recommend this law practice if you want to feel like a person and not like a number.

Freya worked diligently and made an NIW case where I could imagine other attorneys would not have the patience and professional capacity to deliver. I love what I do and am so grateful that Freya was willing to understand my unique expertise and assemble a packet that supports my work. She also followed very closely with recent updates on immigration rules so that my case could take advantage of any opportunities for a more expeditious process with USCIS and the US Embassy. She even ensured that we submitted the AOS packet for my wife and son two days before a new form, which would require us to start over with form filling and meeting a different set of new requirements. Again this demonstrates her following closely all the immigration rules that keep changing and getting updates. My wife and son received their green cards less than 6 months after we submitted their AOS packets. We were all surprised by how fast the process was. I hired Amber D. Lucsay. I felt liked she was working for the prosecutor. She didn't show up on my court day and then her and Mike Brandt wanted me to plead guilty and take 3 years probation. Amber never try to find the proof for my innocence. I wasted my money ,my time and I almost lost my job . She is all about her money. I do NOT recommend her. A public defense attorney would done a better job. I ended up hiring another attorney who in less than 2 months proof my innocence.

We needed to secure a TN Visa in a very short period of time and Freya, Mary, and Alexia did a great job guiding us through the process. Their willingness to provide a rapid response was a welcome relief and their quality of work was excellent. Going forward, Eastbridge Law Group will be our first call for any immigration needs.
