Our experience so far with Jen Hanna has been more than frustrating. We have been working with her for 6 months on immigration cases for my family and we are no closer to having anything happen in the case than we were before we started working with her. She doesn't answer questions or return calls or emails in a timely manner. She was very quick to accept our payments, however not much service has been completed on her part following the payment of our fees. Many times our inquires require a time sensitive response and we have to call multiple times to get any type of response. We have also been told that she is "too busy on bigger cases" than ours, which is not only unprofessional but insulting to paying clients.

All the staff are amazing I met Freya, Mary and Hana for the very first time but really felt home.

I worked with Freya and Mary on my immigration case. Freya is very knowledgeable and productive. When I have questions and confusions, she is very patient to explain to me. I have been working with Freya and Mary since 2018 before she joined Eastbridge Law Group, they are one of best immigration attorneys in the country I would say and I think they are the best immigration attorneys in the state of Wisconsin. Mary made fabulous documents assemble for my case and she drafted several letters that were very clear to address my immigration points, and my files are well tracked with them. I highly recommend them if you are looking for an immigration attorney. I have been experiencing a very difficult case, but they have been always with me at anytime. Thank you and I am glad they are now in a better and bigger law firm with other great attorneys in the States.

Freya and Mary worked on my immigration case, from my initial green card through citizenship, between 2017 and 2022. They were professional, courteous, and friendly throughout. I recommend their services without reservation.

Attorney Jen Hanna walked me and my husband through the details of applying for my Green Card. In the process we did come across some 'high hurdles' to get through, however, with Jen Hanna's direction and counsel we were able to meet the required information and successfully complete the protocol and now 9 months later happy to say I now am the proud owner of my Green card! I use this law firm for my owi 3rd. I received a much better result that I anticipated. I will have a much shorter sentence than I would on my own. I would suggest this firm to anyone going though legal troubles.

Amber Lucsy did a Great Job and was extremely professional, highly recommended!
