5 star service. Professional, empathetic and efficiently handled my situation.
Z was quick to respond and answer all the questions I had as well as some that I didn’t even know I had.
As far as the location goes, it’s a futuristic waiting room and office that could be in a sci-fi movie - it’s a comfortable seating area but I waited less than 5 minutes for my appointment.
