I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Usman Law Firm. "Z" is very accommodating in regards to your own personal schedule and availability. Everything was explained in detail and all questions answered to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

Called twice for an urgent time sensitive callback and told by Monday or Tuesday I’d get a callback. I checked Monday and the person that took my call was an attorney and all I had to say was auto lender issues and legal activity.. he cut me off and said yes the auto lender account case in a less than thrilled voice. I explained what’s going on and he said well you have a auto loan what’s the big deal and I said many illegal issues on their behalf and I’ve had it looked into by the lender and dealership and other dealerships and something is wrong. The guy didn’t listen. Kept cutting me off. Wouldn’t understand and very defiant. They may be attorneys but to argue with a someone that would do business there and not want to look into this issue is a joke and not professional. Overall ended with us getting nowhere. Theres better attorneys out there, please be advised they won’t call back, they won’t take you seriously, they won’t take on a case with strong evidence. Deal at your own risk.

Attorney Z lead me every step of the way. He was one call, text, or email away and extremely prompt. He was straight to the point and non-judgmental. Having most of the process done online, some phone calls, and Zoom correspondence made it even more bearable. I highly recommend Usman Law Firm.
