Heidi Nepscha form Cordell and Cordell is an amazing attorney. She is extremely intelligent, thoughtful, and dedicated. I have never had an issue that she did not address. She has exceeded my expectations and been very upfront. She has been very upfront regarding costs and even when my legal matter took a turn from very straightforward to much more complex she has stuck by me and rolled with the punches and been a huge source of guidance and wisdom along the way. I have had no issue getting in touch with her. She is awesome at telling me if she is going to be out of the office or unavailable for a time. I have met with three other members at this law firm as well and all of the staff are nothing but courteous and respectful. Chelsea at the front desk was absolutely fantastic when I was trying to get started with an attorney. Brad Schweiger, one of the senior attorney, made a very good first impression for the law firm. Anne Scipior has does various reviews of my case and has injected guidance and wisdom when neccesary. Cordell and Cordell and especially Heidi Nepscha are absolutely top-notch and I would recommend and have recommended them to family and friends for any legal matter that requires competent and professional legal representation.

Working with Erica Gittings and the Cordell Cordell team has always been an excellent experience. As a small business owner, my income fluctuates every year and having Erica & Cordell Cordell available to me to assist with my child support questions and amendments is extremely beneficial to me. She is resourceful, accurate, and very knowledgeable. I have never felt I needed another opinion after my annual discussions with Erica.

Delays, delays and more delays. All just to bill (billable hours are a big thing with this firm.) Was able to negotiate and get to court in a timely manner WITHOUT their help. Unprepared, unprofessional. The 1st attorney was great, the 2nd not so much......clasic bait and switch

I started searching for a new attorney about 2 1/2 years ago when I first met with Erica. The area where I live in the state lacks good quality attorneys like her. From the very first time I sat down with her to discuss options for my unraveling situation she has been top notch and everything a client should expect from their attorney. Her follow up is absolutely unmatched, she will never let you end your day with a hanging question you need help with. Erica is a young attorney with I am sure a very a long promising career ahead of her in the tough field of family law and I will refer anyone with a like situation to mine to her in a second. I think we are nearing the end of my case and hopefully I wont need her services again for some time but I plan to find her again so long as she is licensed in the state of Wisconsin.

If you need a law firm who will fight for you and your rights Cordell & Cordell is the one to go with. I hired Erica Gittings in the Madison, WI office. She told me up front what I needed to hear, not what I wanted to hear. I received timely updates and she settled my case fairly while fighting for me every step of the way. The billing was upfront and timely. Unlike other law firms I've dealt with I always felt they were on my side and had my best interests in mind.

Attorney Erica Gittings has continually exceeded my expectations. In our meetings she has carefully listened to all of my questions to get a firm understanding of what I'm asking before giving what has proven to be invaluable advice. When I contact her office she is always quick to respond, often times outside of normal business hours. Finally, her skills in court are nothing less than amazing. Several times I've witnessed the positive results of her ability to read the presiding court official and tailor her advocacy based on that read. If you're lucky enough to have Erica on your side in court just be sure to shut up and be ready to follow her quickly out the door after your favorable ruling.
