Recently I’ve worked on a bankruptcy with Joe from Geraci Law. The entire experience was so easy and stress free. I was feeling down about filing but Joe is so easy to talk to and had no problem answering all of my questions with care and compassion. Attorney Abbey Henderson is an absolute delight to work with. I had the privilege of working closely with Abbey during my divorce through her support to Attorney Nikole Messerschmidt. Abbey did a lot of the work in pulling together all of the required court documents and all of the follow-up throughout the process. Abbey was always very responsive to me when I had questions and she was extremely knowledgeable about everything related to my case and everything related to divorce law. I was very impressed with how she interacted with opposing counsel as well. She also attended court with me on behalf of Nikole when Nikole was unable to be there, and she did a fabulous job. Attorney Nikole Messerschmidt is an outstanding divorce attorney. I knew from the moment I met her that I was in great hands. She is extremely competent, while being compassionate at the same time. She made a difficult situation run as smoothly as possible, and got me through the divorce very quickly, which is what I wanted. The entire divorce from start to finish was done within ~5 months. Nikole and her associate Abbey work seamlessly together. They are prompt with communication and thorough with their work. They were patient and listened to what I wanted and said.
