Nikole and her team did an amazing job with my case. She was very efficient, great at explaining, and empathetic. I will definitely use her in the future if need be and recommend her to anyone I can. I can't thank her and her team enough for getting me through one of the most stressful periods.

I reached out to Miller & Miller a week before I was scheduled to go to court. I was being sued for over $10,000. When I spoke to the petitioner attorney they offered me a settlement for $8000 with 30 days to pay. I spoke with Joe Coll at Miller & Miller and he eased my mind and took care of the situation swiftly. He was able to get me a settlement for less than half and also time to pay. In addition I no longer have to deal with the petitioner or face getting sued and having a judgement placed against me. The child support order against me was supposed to have been dropped and arrears were supposed to have been set to $0 as of my court date in July of 2022. However, the child support order continued for roughly two months beyond that court date, and a debt accrued to the sum of $230.00. In addition, their office utilizes a third party to charge for receipt and disbursement fees. Which they claimed I owed back payment on for two years, even though a support order was only held against me for about six month. I'm not wealthy. I had to sell my only means of transportation in order to foot the bill for this con of an attorney. When I called the office and spoke with attorney fields paralegal regarding my trouble with the child support office, she told me she'd get back to me and never did. When I called back four or five months later because nothing had been resolved and I was not being contacted, the same paralegal (Magdalin) said that she had tried but could not contact anyone at the child support office... So here I am a year later with support payments still being taken from my checks. I'm so happy that the people at the office of John T. Fields are able to lavish themselves in luxurious lifestyles by stealing thousands of dollars from a disabled veteran.
