Ms Edari from the first time I talked to her was one of the most understanding people I have ever met. From the first time we talked to the very end of my legal business she was outstanding. She went from being a lawyer to being a wonderful friend. Syovata attacked my case with a fire and vigor you rarely ever see these days, and she always made her self available for questions or support whatever it happened to be. She taught me a lot about myself as a person and even know continues to help my growth.

Attorney Edari was WONDERFUL with not only my son who was in trouble, but me as a mom when I had questions. We spoke to another attorney about my sons case and all he seemed to care about was a paycheck and not helping my son. My son was facing time not only in jail but in prison, Attorney Edari worked long and hard to do what she could to lessen that time. While meeting with her and my son I could tell no one is a case number to her, they are human. She does not only care about helping with court, she stands up for that person and makes sure she gets them into a position they need. She discussed with my son getting into school, counseling, etc. She would check in with both of us to make sure things were going ok. She believed in my son changing as much as I do. My son ended up serving a month in jail and is now out trying to straighten his life up. He is with his young son who needs him. Which Attorney Edari made possible. Attorney Edari has a calming, caring presence about her the minute you meet her. I cannot say enough about the positive encounter we had with her. I met Vata, during the most horrific time in my life, I was facing felony child abuse charges. Vata was the third attorney that I had spoken with inregards to my case. The first two attorneys seemed as though they were straight to business and that's it. That left me feeling very unsure of hiring either one of them to represent me. Finally, a family member recommended Vata. I was a little reluctant at this point because this was going to be the third lawyer that I had spoken to about the chain of events that occurred. I am going to start off by saying thank you Syovata Edari, You gave me the strength to get through a nightmare that I thought would never end. I recommend this lawyer to all my family and friends ,she has a good heart and helps you understand all those big words and what all your charges mean .(very informative ) Vata called me many times and took time to talk to me about my charges,every other lawyer I've ever had were the most difficult people to get on the phone or to even meet with ,I believe with my heart that she actually cares about her clients and it shows . I met Syovata Edari in a very tough time in my life. Through this tough time I was looking at 5-6 years in prison. Even though I have been a struggling addict for the last 10 years of my life she believed in me and was supportive through my case in US District Federal Court. There were times on more than one occasion that I leaned on her or that she noticed I was having trouble and showed concern and support and even took me out to lunch to get my head back on straight and guide me in the right direction. I called attorney Edari in a time of extreme distress, on a criminal matter. It was very late and her response was amazing. She travel from another city to assist me. She defended my reputation and I was offered immunity in a situation that could have became more serious had we not reacted so swiftly. This lady is amazing. If it wasn't for vata id be in jail. She will fight til shes blue in the face for you. Shes believes in her clients innocence. She kept me informed at all times. Shes is very helpful. I would call her at all hours of the day and night and she would answer and sit on the phone with me for hors. My daughter was hospitalized and she was very supportive and when my daughter was taken off of life support she was there when my daughter passed she was there. When the funeral was she was there. Shes a genuine person who is hard working and determined to win your case and get you justice. I recommend her to anyone and everyone shes the best. Everyone in my family would agree. If you wanna win your case what ever it maybe hire her. Shes unexplainable. Shes that great. I would say she is a great friend now. Iam glad I found vata. Shes great. Syovata Edari.....I am free ...was it the law....& the judge honoring it....yes....however! This dedicated ..hard working...insightful....hands on ..captivating beautifully efficient lawyer did the math!! W/ out her researched briefs...w/ out her cross examination.....w/ out her ability to be tenasious ....most importantly its not just a job....she has fire....she gives 1000 percent.....& obvious over time....Edari was given in one instance 24 hrs to address briefs..on a motion for my release...@ this time she was preparing & I believe having trial on a major case....she somehow came up w all the right case historys....completed & had my paperwork in on time....so there for ...the honorable judge...ultimetly had no choice but to dismiss.....& then again to honor the appeal......I wasent guilty ...for the first time in my life....I am a career criminal....in the court systems eyes.....w/ out Edari......id be rotting in county...w/ possibilities of dying in prison....now because of her passion for life...for the law ...& who she is as a strong woman.....I am @ home ...w/ my family....

I would not be free if it weren't for this awesome lady. The representation I received from her was like what one might see in a movie or a television show. I never imagined there were people like Ms Edari practicing in this profession. She had quite a job on her hands with my case and my criminal history which was a minimum of five years in prison for me on the federal guidelines, where I was a catagory 6. In the beginning, Ms. Edari believed in me more than I believed in myself, but her faith in me was infectious, her exceptional skills coupled with the fact she was willing to fight for me gave me pause to contemplate my own worth, and the momentum has continued in my life.
