Bob and his team were excellent to collaborate with on my estate plan. I use the term "collaborate" deliberately because it was an easy process. Nennig Law Offices provided the essential background and guidance I needed to I add my planning intentions. Creating an estate plan can be a daunting undertaking, but I felt informed throughout the entire process and never pressured with timing.

The Nennig Law Office is a great place to consult for questions on family law. I highly recommend them. Several years ago I was helping a friend and former colleague with her end of life wishes. She was the executor of her parents estates and they had not left things in order. She did not want to leave her estate in a shambles for her executor (me). My friend and I had several discussions of what she wanted. We discussed her wishes with her financial advisor and then turned to the Nennig Law Offices to translate her wishes into a Trust document. Mr. Nennig came to her home as she was an invalid by that point in her life. Mr. Nennig looked at her list of wishes regarding a trust, asked her a number of questions to confirm and clarify what she wanted, and told her he would be back with a legal document in a few days. Unfortunately with in just a couple of days of Mr. Nennig’s visit my friend fell and fractured vertebra in her neck and was hospitalized. She went from the hospital to a care facility as she was not longer able to be sima-independent. Mr. Nennig made two visits to the care facility to clarify that she had read the document, knew what was in it, and approved of it. He took great care to insure she was competent, and understood the contents of the trust. On the third visit he brought two witnesses and obtained the needed signatures. I was very impressed with the care he took in preparing the trust, it was very through and comprehensive. Because of her medical condition, when it was time to have the trust signed, he took great care to insure it was what she wanted, and that she was competent. His interactions with her were slow and paced so she could understand, tender and very supportive. As her advocate I was most pleased and impressed with his skill in working with her. A few months later my friend passed away and I was left with the task of executing her wishes. Time and again in the process Bob Nennig and his associate Tyler Piddington were invaluable in advising me. Most of her assets were in the trust, it was those odds and ends I had not be able to help her transfer into the trust before she died that were troublesome. I have no doubt their advice saved me time, trouble, and money in completing the process of executing the trust. It is my pleasure to recommend the Nennig Law Offices without reservation.

I have nothing but praise for Nennig Law Offices. I was recently referred to Bob Nennig because I was interested in setting up a trust account. I had been putting off creating a will or trust for years because it seemed like a daunting task. At the same time I knew it was foolish and irresponsible to put off and leave my children with a mess in the event I passed away. The initial meeting was at no cost and I was provided with a lot of information that was presented in a manner that was understandable to me, a non-attorney. There was absolutely no hard-sell of any services. I felt comfortable asking questions and received concise answers. I was never made to feel that my concerns were unimportant. The signing meeting went very smoothly and every document was explained in language that I understood. If I had questions they were answered, and when we were done I felt confident that I understood the trust. Bob was recommended by my financial planner to setup a trust. Bob provided a clear overview of my options (trust vs will) and provided clear instructions on the information he needed from me. He provided unbiased guidance on beneficiary and important people for finance and health. Tyler provided a clear overview on each document. Nennig has a great process to setup a trust, review documents and sign them. They provided clear next steps and how to setup the beneficiaries. The cost was reasonable based on the guidance and clear documentation they produced.
