I can not say enough nice things about my experience with Pat and Stangl Law Offices. The genuine care given to me and response time were above and beyond my expectations. I had a lot of questions along the way and every email and phone call was returned promptly. If you want a professional with a genuine, caring approach, look no further. Cost was spot-on as well with no hidden fees or financial motive. Very happy with Stangl Law Offices.

1st OWI and he was able to negotiate a good outcome for me in which I was able to avoid the interlock system in a county known for tougher adherence to regulations.

I was pulled over in Portage WI late at night from a long drive to SD to drop off my step son. Weary from the road, but not wavering, a cop pulled me over for not having a front plate on my '95 collector. Watch out. These guys aren't looking to protect, they are on the attack with the sole purpose of getting tickets, not busting drunk drivers. Anyway, I had one beer at a rest stop just prior. Got field sobriety, passed it well. Got blow test, blew at .01, yea .01 not .1. They arrested me anyway. I refused the blood test but was taking in and forced it out of me anyway. I was facing two counts, OWI and for refusing blood test. Both carry about the same penalty! If charged, my next 5 years would have carried an extra $300 a month in high risk insurance and the next year I would not have been able to take my family on any visits with others or vacations. I called 3 other attorneys and none of them had every gotten someone off from refusing a blood test. Patrick was the fourth and he had experience doing it! It was all dropped to "inattentive driving" and a $250 fine. Well I guess you gotta throw the dogs a bone. Praise God for Patrick for protecting me and my family!

I had gotten pulled over for my first OWI and also received tickets for open intoxicant, over .15, operating left of center and speeding. If I got convicted of all of them, it would have taken years to recover from it, since I was going through a divorce as well. A friend recommended Patrick so I called him and immediately felt like he was the person I wanted to represent me. It was very stressful at first not knowing what to expect during the whole process, since I had never been through it before, but I was put at ease right away when Patrick started the defense and sent me the documentation of everything. Another thing I found great about Stangl Law Offices is that the couple times I did have a question and called and Patrick was not available, Sharon was able to answer my questions. So it really felt like I had a team that was representing me. I was very pleased with the outcome and would strongly recommend Stangl Law Offices.

I was charged for an OWI-PAC 3rd offense along with an IID violation and obstructing an officer, I was very troubled by the police officers' actions as they broke into the back door and entered my house without a warrant. He challenged the search to the home and the hearing was held in front of a reserve judge who denied the motion. Pat did not quit, and he refused to accept the judges' decision. He did additional research and filed a motion for reconsideration given some recent development in the law with respect to the issue of warrantless searches. After reviewing what took place at the hearing as well as the motion for reconsideration the trial judge agreed that the officer illegally entered my home without a warrant to arrest me and granted the motion to suppress evidence. My case was successfully resolved, and I did not end up with any criminal charges.
I know that Pat Stangl and Stangl Law Offices S.C. has an outstanding reputation and is respected by other attorneys, prosecutors, and judges. His knowledge, experience, and never quit attitude resulted in my successful defense. I highly recommend Pat and feel he is, if not the Best, is definitely one of the best defense attorneys in the state.

I never thought i would be able to practice my 2nd amendment rights ever again. But thanks to pat stangl's investment and knowledge in practicing owi law, his high standing reputation with the people of the court, including the DA. I got a second chance at life. And walked away without a felony

I was cited for an OWI first offense as well as a refusal. Due to my military career I simply could not have a conviction for either one of the offenses. Given the seriousness of my situation I was fortunate to have hired Pat Stangl to represent me in this matter. Thanks to him I was not convicted of either offenses and I am ow able to continue with my chosen profession. Thanks again Pat for everything!

After my initial consultation with him I felt that he was going to be the lawyer to properly defend me and win my case. He knew the area, knew the people in the system and was not only able to get the case tossed out but tossed out with prejudice. Talk about closure.

I was facing a first offense DUI with a .12 BAC. The officer pulled me over for what he thought was an inoperable license plate bulb at 2:30 in the morning. Through Pat's due diligence, decades of experience, and knowledgeable acquaintances he was able to get the DUI charge dropped prior to a jury trial by proving the officer made an illegal stop. I highly recommend Pat as he will ensure all bases are covered in your case regardless of the situation.

I was recently in legal issues and looking at thousands in fines, months in jail and worst of all losing my gun rights. After hiring Pat he immediately got working on collecting all the evidence he needed and contacting the DA. Soon thereafter he advised me on counseling, online classes and everything I could do proactively to better my chances in court. He took care of all the court proceedings for six months, I just followed his instructions. Ultimately he was able to get the domestic charges dropped with only a disorderly conduct charge remaining. I ended with a couple hundred dollars in fines and 1 year probation. Best of all my gun rights left intact. I couldn’t be happier with my outcome. Pat was extremely helpful and professional. I would recommend him to anyone else in uncertain and scary situations. Cannot thank him enough.
