Great attorney with reasonable prices

Tim professionally represented me for 1.5 years in a medical case involving my ex-wife and our minor children. Through that time, Tim successfully overcame no less than 4 major issues created by my ex and her attorney. My ex's attorney was combative and litigious both in and out of court yet Tim always held to a professional standard. The case concluded with us settling 1 wk before trial, and ultimately allowing me an acceptable outcome. Tim's rates were less than other attorney's and he was careful and courteous with his billing (no frivolous charges). Sometimes I'd need to wait a day or 2 for a reply, but that's a reasonable trade-off for the cost savings for knowing I wasn't indirectly paying rent for a fancy downtown law firm office space.

Attorney Tim Riley was highly recommended by another Attorney's office. He was very willing to answer multiple questions, on numerous occasions for us. We were unsure if we would need to attain his services, however, he willingly continued to answer our questions (*disclaimer, suggestions/ not advisement), give us feedback, and point us in the direction we needed to go. Without hesitation, had we needed to hire an attorney, Tim Riley WOULD HAVE AND WILL BE it! Considering Attorney Riley handles multiple areas of law, I foresee our family attaining his services in the future. I would HIGHLY recommend him, and HAVE !

In trying to buy a house I can across one that had a renter occupying it. The selling agent was less than helpful with providing information about the lease going so far as refusing to give up anything unless we had an accepted offer. At which point my realtor advised me to reach out to a real estate attorney so see how we should write up a contingency. Mr Riley was very responsive, and offered great advice that was very helpful. Even stated that if I have further question to call him for further assistance.
