Dan helped us set up our Trust documents a year ago. This was a review to ensure the documents still made sense and fit our needs. We were very happy with what he provided us and had only a couple of minor changes. Again, since it had been a year, he went through the existing documents and made sure we were not only comfortable with what they provided for our family, but also any new questions we had were clearly and concisely answered. I would recommend Dan to anyone looking to set up trust document as he is thorough in his initial analysis and provides recommendations to cover the client's needs. He is also flexible in making requested changes and never tries to pressure a client into a specific decision. Instead he lays out your option and the ramifications of each. We are very satisfied with what Dan has done for our family.
