Julia represented me after a car accident in which I was given 4 points. I knew it was not my fault. She did an amazing job;
eliminating all 4 points off my record! I found out it is good to always be the first one to speak with the police officer! I was not; therefore took the hit. Julia's correspondence was so clear and quick and positive. I would highly recommend her!

When you're put into a bad situation, you can feel like your life is over. From the first phone call with Julia I knew I was in the right hands. She always contacted me when there were things to go over and explained it in ways that I understood. Julia gave me multiple scenarios for how my case could end up and how her strategy would get there. In the end, she advised me on the best possible outcome and I had complete faith in her abilities to execute that. Overall Julia was honest, supporting, and realistic with my particular case.

I had a good, quality experience working with Julia and her law firm. They were able to gather all the evidence needed for my case, and we made the best argument possible with the evidence we had at our disposal. I actually received a sentence better than I was expecting; might I add that it definitely helped with my personal efforts of abiding by the court's entire list of requirements, and doing exactly what was expected or required of me. I would recommend Julia, and her law firm for legal assistance.

Attorney Westley represented me in a second offense owi case. She asked for the same information over on numerous occasions and it was as though it was the first time she had seen my case every time We discussed it. Her effort in the courtroom left much to be desired, and probably left me in jail longer than if I had accepted the district attorney's offer right off the bat. It was as though she read keywords from the information she asked for twice and made no case in court. I ended up taking the original DA's offer anyway, which could have been done without her. It was a hard $3,600 lesson to hire Julia and her firm.
