I hired Sam Wayne to litigate a case involving the FCRA, and federal student loan system. It was complicated, the trial Court was uninterested and unfair, often refusing to see how the dots connected, and without Sam's close attention to detail: would have been disposed of. At the end of the ordeal, after the Court dealt me one last bit of unfairness by abridging my constitutional right to a jury trial and verdict, Sam negotiated a settlement that maximized my return and didn't leave me with a huge tax burden. Sam is a rare attorney; one who looks beyond his overhead and works to obtain relief for his clients.

I hired Sam after the original attorney I hired dropped the ball and admitted to the court that he was incompetent! Sam picked up the pieces, fixed the mess from the original attorney and got us a quick settlement in which I didn't pay a cent from my pockets! In fact, I walked away with a little cash! The money we spent on Sam's services was well spent!! Besides it's a write-off!! He provides excellent value as well! I would hire him again and again...
