Very happy with all of the help Attorney Dylan did for me on my Chapter 13. He got my car back and saved my house from foreclosure. He actually ALWAYS called me back when I had questions and was always on top of things- something my previous Attorney did not do. I would recommend him to anyone looking for kind hearted affordable legal services.

I would definitely recommend at least having a consultation to anyone who is struggling like I was. Just Over the last year alone since I started to look into this process I’ve had various legal issues that have come up unexpectedly and I was always put at ease when I brought them to my Attorney’s attention. Being a recently divorced single mother of 2 with various medical conditions I found myself in an overwhelming and embarrassing financial mess that I couldn’t get out of. I was constantly being harassed by creditors, things that were in collections started turning into threats of judgements and garnishments. I was about to loose EVERYTHING threats to be evicted, and on the verge of loosing my car, I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. There was never a question throughout the process that I couldn’t ask Dylan and I always got a quick response and an honest answer even if it’s not what I wanted to hear. He is very easy to talk to and genuinely cares about his clients and the struggles they are dealing with. I am in such a different place now then what I was going into all of this. I can finally sleep at night, the worry and stress I had are gone. It’s amazing to say there are No more threats or harassing phone calls, i don’t worry about my children not having a home, I got to keep my car and we finally don’t dread the future. My life has honestly changed for the better and I can’t say thank you enough to all that made it possible. Thank you Attorney Gehrtz for all of your hard work on my case, and for putting up with my million and one questions and everything you’ve done to help me!!
