Tiffany Shramm is GREAT!

Brittany Running is an All Star lawyer, she and associates took such great care of me over the 12 months my case crawled over. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again. She saved me and my boys

I had Brittany Running for GAL and I will always be thankful to her. She was able to reunite my granddaughter and myself together after being separated for a year. I was able to obtain grandparents rights through her. Brittany saw through the lies that were brought forth against me and what was happening to my granddaughter. Thank you again Brittany, you truly have done the right thing for both of us.

Unpleasant service, the lawyer Kayla, after losing my case before the judge, we are looking for her for more advice. We have been sending email messages and she has not given an answer. It is a lack of professionalism, honestly, the worst place for legal advice.

I live in Minnesota and my ex moved with my two kids in Wisconsin she does not want me to see my kids because of sexual misconduct charge she press on me for being innocent after probation of 7 years. The charged was dismissed and dropped leading to sponged my record but still Minnesota wouldn't give me permission to see my kids because my ex was making up stories against me . I took about 3 lawyer in Minnesota and they all failed for me to even have supervise visitation. My case was later transferred to Wisconsin because the kids are living in Wisconsin. I took this lawyer to take a last chance in my life trying to see my kids she was my 3rd lawyer . Tiffany is wonderful and very patient so much technique ,she does not panic in court room. i don't know how to describe her but she is very caring lawyer. we all know money pay our bill but among my lawyer she doesn't put money first meaning she is not on your neck for money before finishing your case and after taking a retainer fee . like that it make me pay her and happy to continue with her . after 7 years i will see my son because of Tiffany schramm wh won on my case after 7 yeas. she took 4 month to finish this case. Listening to her was the best. she is always ready to give you advice. I noticed from her when judge give her permission to talk ,every word coming from her mouth has some kind of explanation of why and how . She make sure she know your case before going to see the judge. GOD BLESSS you and have more case to free innocent people

Absolutely the worst law firm in the fox valley! Not only will you be charged per email, you will also have to be the one to make contact with them and email them about things you need handled and no guarantees that they will even care! After initially giving them $3000 to be on my case I heard nothing back from them. One would think after handing someone that much money they would make an attempt to contact you and thank you for choosing their law firm, but no such luck. I had to contact them again to see if they were ready to take on my case. Attorney Brittany running made zero attempts to be proactive in my case even though the amount of evidence I could provide was un staggering and yet nothing was ever done to be proactive. I had to repeat myself on several occasions on information that I knew, that I had already provided her. Never once in the 1+ year that I was with them was I made to feel cared about, was strictly about money. So much so that I was called several times a month to be told that if I didn’t pay a certain amount I would be dropped from their firm. Towards the end of the case it felt like attorney Brittany running was only there to draft orders and didn’t care about much more. In the 1+ year I was with the firm I never once had a face to face with my attorney, beyond that I personally spoke with my attorney a total of about 3x. One of which was to tell me that I could choose another law firm if I didn’t like her, since I spoke up and sent an email to the owner stating I hadn’t receive a reply back from my lawyer in over a month about information I had. Granted it does cost more to speak directly to an attorney as opposed to a paralegal but one would think the attorney you paid for would at least make a few attempts to retain information needed for the case, but again no such luck. I do not recommend at all that you waste your money with this law firm as they care about nothing more than money.

I would give them zero stars if possible. They did not win a single argument in court. Over priced , you would be better off representing yourself. When contracting them to hopefully try one of there other lawyers i was told since i didnt leave a good review, they will not represent me.

My lawyer Dylan Gertz, has completely missed the bar. Not only did he not file for the correct motion from the start of the case, in which the judge said would have been dismissed, he was terrible at representing me in the case now I'm getting a 1500 plus dollar bill from him for work he never notified me he was performing, nor did he communicate that he was even working on the case. His response was I don't need to tell u when I perform work on the case as per stipulation agreement signed at the time of hiring me. My last email to him was when I make a decision I will let you know...had over 1600 left in trust/ retainer, and then recieve my bill in which the trust is emptied. Where the work performed was idk... From the original failure to file the motion properly, to not educating himself in the case to properly address court proceedings, everything fell short. One star bc he did do as asked for the final paperwork to settle the case, but had his pay.

Having never been in this position before, I felt very vulnerable and unsure. I wanted what was best for me, but I also didn’t want to break the bank in the process. Tiffany took away all the worry, broke down the big, scary jargon and put all the possibilities on the table. She told me what her goal was and she accomplished it, with the best outcome possible! She was very patient with me, always returned my countless emails and phone calls within hours or a day. She was a miracle worker and absorbed a lot of my stress. Organized, professional and compassionate are just a few words I’d use to describe Tiffany. I highly suggest her services for anyone trying to resolve misdemeanor matters.
