Attorney Spiegel was absolutely wonderful! He went above and beyond with keeping me in the know, even on his day off. He is very understanding and knows how to calm you when emotions run high. My only regret was not using him from the beginning of this process.

The insurance company tried to screw me out of work comp but Mike Bertling wasn’t having any of that noise. He got my hospital bills paid as well as some money for the permanent damage from my injury. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Mike.

Horrible, the attorney had no knowledge nor did he try to help. I had to look up the state law myself in order to proceed with a case. Rude they did not call back or refer me to anyone. Race may be an issue with them

Very short, rude, and unprofessional.
Was told "I don't have time for a consultation right now."
It was made clear by the receptionist that consultations can be in office or by phone, and you were willing to take my call.
My question would be why you would even bother to take my phone call if you're that pressed for time.
1/5 Don't waste your time here.

David Wells is currently handling my Grandfathers estate and its going on two years now and its not finished up yet. He answered my questions the best he could but I think his staff is not able to handle the work. I had to get my own lawyer just to try to get things moving along. I would never recommend this firm.
