I'm not sure how she's been in buisness as long as she had been because she doesn't seem to have a clue what she's doing.

I hired mrs Rapkin because she was recommended by a friend. She was never on time for our meetings and was clearly not prepared. She would read material I sent days prior during our meetings and then I was charged extra time. I also smelled alcohol on her breath at more then one occasion. I ended up terminating my agreement and finding a real professional to handle my case. When I showed him the work Stephanie had done he said I was clearly ripped off and she did nothing correctly - we had to refile the few forms she had handled as the information she entered made no sense at all. Stay away from her at all cost.

Stephanie handled my case when I was accused for a crime I didn’t commit. I provided her with evidence and she failed to bring it to the trial. She was regularly unprepared and needed reminders when we talked on the phone about my case. Maybe she’s becoming forgetful as time passes.

We used Stephanie for our wills and estate planning and found her to be very professional and knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend Stephanie Rapkin enough for estate planning needs! I really didn't know what to expect going into our estate planning process, but I will say that Stephanie completely over-delivered on any expectations that we had. She made my husband and I feel at ease with the whole process and the decision making involved. She explained everything in a simple easy to understand way and was extremely diligent in preparing all of the documents. On top of all of that, she worked hard to be efficient about her costs. We highly recommend!!!

She has always been meticulous in her records, research and communication. She has provided realistic timeframes and realistic expectations and has kept all updated as pictures changed. I even sent a relative type person, who is not easily satisfied, but she was completely satisfied.
