I would strongly advise anyone of not using Skylar as a public defender if they have a mental health disability or coming from another state. In my experience with Skyler he did not display communication, answer emails, or keeping up-to-date what was happening. Skylar told me that many different situations were resolved one including three to six months of probation. Just remember I have documentation and proof that he did not do his job properly.

Schuyler did apologize profusely for not showing up for the only appointment we scheduled. He also had a friend show up on his stead for a court appearance for which Schuyler was too busy to attend. That lawyer (Jon) refused to allow me to enter the courtroom and provided disinformation to me after the hearing concluded.
