There aren't enough stars to rate Sterling Law. They have been wonderful to work with! From the receptionist the day of intake to Jack the lawer that represented me, all have been nothing short of amazing. If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, and caring firm for your custody case. I would highly recommend Sterling Law! Nina Kelly was my attorney at Sterling Lawyers. Her assistant was Kimberly Rose. Evelyn Rios was my intake specialist. These three professionals 'shepherded' me through my awful nightmare of divorce. Nina sent me personal emails keeping me abreast of each step, including when the other attorney was delayed in responses. Thank you Nina. I used Sterling Law office for what was a simple modification of child support, custody and visitation. I utilized their "flat fee" thinking that we could get the issues resolved easily and I could save some money. I was assigned an attorney with limited experience (6years), but again my issues were minor and I felt we could get things accomplished. I was wrong, from the beginning I felt my attorney was not aggressive enough in pursuing my changes, not pushing for the judge to enforce the existing order and not filing a contempt motion. Communication was also an issue as I was not copied on any of the communications between attornies. As a result I was forced to hire a more experienced attorney to take my issues to trial 14 months after I first filed.

Thumbs up to Sterling Law Offices. The communication wasn't always as quick as I would have liked, but I assume that's part of the business. I had a great relationship with Katy and thank her for everything she's helped me with! She was truly caring and I had a positive experience.

Money driven. Not customer oriented.

I began the process of my divorce with a different law firm that someone had recommended to me. This person just so happened to be personal friends with the attorney and hadn’t had business experience with them. I felt that my time and situation was not valued and that she really didn’t have time for my case. When I would contact the attorney, I would have a list of questions so that I wouldn’t get charged multiple times. I searched around my town for a different attorney to take my case, but many refused because of where I was in the process of the divorce. I came across Sterling Law Offices based on the reviews I read online. The flat-rate pricing really saved me money compared to the expenses with my previous attorney. My attorney Tobias Kinsler instilled confidence and made me feel at ease. I had a positive vibe from the first day that I met him, before I had even decided to hire him as my attorney. Toby was a straight-shooter and didn’t just tell me what I wanted to hear. He gave me the facts. I appreciate the hard work and time he dedicated to me undertaking and continuing my case when no one else would. If I ever need an attorney again I will be contacting Toby!
