Thank you Tracey for helping me get off an OWI. It was my first OWI but it was not my fault and the cops did procedures wrong when they arrested me. Tracey watched the video of when I was arrested and that’s when she saw the cops make mistakes and she took this to court. The prosecutor dropped the case because he saw we had enough evidence that I was not guilty. Thanks again Tracey for all the help.

I was arrested for Possession With Intent To Distribute Marijuana last year. I was only 19 and did not know what the consequences of my actions might be so I was not worried at first. I also did not have a lot on me that I was going to sell so I thought that I would just get a ticket. But then I did research on the Internet and saw that I could go to jail for 3 and a half years if they found me guilty in court and that scared me a lot. My parents found Tracey Wood on the Internet and hired her to be my lawyer. I didn’t know how a lawyer would help me since it was obvious that I had the marijuana on me, but she ended up getting the Intent to Distribute part taken out and so I was only charged with Possession of Marijuana. I had to pay a fine but I didn’t have to go to jail at all which made me and my parents very relieved. I would say to anybody that they should hire Tracey Wood if you have a case like mine because she knows how to handle them very well.

Tracey Wood’s firm represented me on my felony drunk driving case. I thought I was guaranteed to go to prison for at least a little while because I got probation and jail time on my last one. I figured the judge wouldn’t be lenient this time, but Tracey made a deal with the prosecutor that got me an even better deal than last time - probation and a bracelet for a short period of time. My wife and I were very happy when we heard the news, and we are both very happy we chose Tracey to be my lawyer. I give her services 5 stars.
