Had the pleasure of watching Tom Grieve as a guest on an Ask the Attorney Webinar held by USCCA about Personal Defense Laws. Tom was very thorough in explaining what may go through a Prosecution Attorney's mind as they prosecuted an event where a firearm was discharged and what the Defense Attorney would focus on most. Tom explained both the legal aspects of the law as well as best judgement to avoid the situation. Tom was able too uncomplicate some of the ambiguity often seen in these types of situations. I would be excited to see him as a guest again in another Ask the Attorney Webinar as this was outstanding.

Tom Grieve was very informative and professional in giving out legal advice through USCCA webinar. Cleared a few common misconceptions in the use of force and promoted how to safely and responsibly protect oneself and loved ones. Thank you for this service to law abiding Americans.
