I have a question concerning Red Flag law. I live in Kentucky. Here is a situation: I am washing my vehicle in my driveway. I am carrying my weapon and I believe it is concealed. I have a CCDW license. While washing my car someone comes past while walking or jogging through the neighborhood. They look at me washing my vehicle and sees my weapon. Can a warrant be issued for law enforcement to come and collect my weapons?

I anxiously look forward to Atty. Grieve,s presentations , I cannot Thank Him and USCCA enough for putting them on. Getting the HARD FACTS on how the Law works is Critical to how we as gun owners conduct ourselves in society. Everyone has their Opinions, obtained from friends, tv, & "well it oughta be", or I think, etc. Well, that ain't good enough for us to rely on, to put our very lives, freedom, and financial future on the line. If we want to protect ourselves, our families, & our possessions we need honest answers in advance, to base our reactions on or to. This is what Tom, Kevin, and the USCCA make available. I look forward to the next video. I cannot imagine how it must feel (Example Gen. Flynn) if the Government sets their sights on an individual, it must ressemble a deep, dark Hopelessness.
