I cannot say enough about the services I received! It may seem trivial, however, having successfully been defended concerning a moving traffic violation, my insurance rates were maintained at the low rate I enjoy at present! Very insightful and informative on the issue of CCW and possession and or positive testing of THC or CBD. As you stated the laws change at a dynamitic rate they are not static concerning these matters. As I inform my students, public educator in Texas, that whether you are in a state which allows usage and possession, the federal law still states you are committing a felony. Also there are few or no exacting methods of testing of under the influence of CBD or THC.

Advise is amazing, but expensive. You get what you pay for! If you can easily afford $5000 hourly or close to, definetly call! For people who cannot, obviously you are stuck with the public pretender and your life will be affected for the rest of your life. Trust me, no money= no help, which = guilty. We live in an unjust world🇺🇸
