I highly recommend against hiring this law office. I want to share what happened to me. I received a second DUI within ten years. I wanted to hire a law firm to take me through this unknown experience. I must admit when I went to their office, I was taken aback by the unprofessional office atmosphere with its woke appearance and how it was set up literally like a preschool classroom with a child-size meeting table and coloring books and crayons littered on the table. I was foolishly under the impression that with the higher cost, I would get better communication. To be fair first off, when I spoke to Michael and related my mistrust of attorneys (due to a divorce I filed for 20 years ago). He commented that we may not be what you are looking for, (especially with a fee of $5000.00.) I conveyed to him my expectations were low but that I wanted to be involved with any possible negotiations and that all I was looking for mostly was to be out on a bracelet from jail. And to have (2) exemptions for installed intoxalocks. I was promised multiple meetings and communications. Sadly, this never happened the e-mails were ignored to the point where I asked Alison to take him off of my case. She did not. This is what I received for $5000.00.(1) Initial meeting. 1st court appearance with the plea. (1) meeting to sign papers. (1) meeting with Michael (2) weeks before my September 13 court hearing. I sent multiple e-mails with questions and voice mails. with no replies at all. The receptionist did not even answer the phone. On the morning before the hearing, I left an angry voicemail (being utterly frustrated with no communication whatsoever). Late morning they both called. They planned to kick the can down the road another month and were unprepared. There were zero concerns for my needs! They stated they could not contact the Washington County DA. They stated the DA would not accept my blood alcohol dox. On hearing day Michael was 25 minutes late said he lost his car keys. (2nd) time this excuse was used Alison did it too) I fired them immediately. I then went pro-se. Guess what? they accepted blood alcohol dox. and I was sentenced.

The biggest thank you to both Allison and Michael for all they did for my family. They both showed genuine care and empathy throughout the whole process. I hired Allison from out of state in a very scary legal situation and then came along Michael as a bonus attorney. I could never express the amount of gratitude I have for both of them for every ounce of effort that went into our case. We like to call them our angels sent from GOD!! Both Allison and Michael will fight for you and your family for what is the truth! I highly recommend both of them for their extreme professionalism, the incredible amount of knowledge in criminal law, and the empathy you will receive from both of them. If you are in need of an attorney I not only highly but only recommend Allison Ritter, Michael Houlihan, and their whole team to you! You will not be disappointed 🩷

In a difficult time like divorce is good to know that’s someone who knows the laws is backing you and letting you the best way to go. Very professional team and understand what you’re going through. My family and I had a tough and scary legal issue. Allison Ritter and Michael Houlihan did a great job. They educated us on what the cases was all about, got us up to speed on a the steps and options that were coming at us. It made all the difference with the outcome of the case but more importantly, it made a really traumatic process a little easier to navigate and understand.

Finally got to watch the training scenarios and listen to Tom Grieve. Will definitely be looking into the site further.

i've listened to Tom a few times now in his monthly webcast for USCCA. He cares about making sure he's providing sound advice to his audience and I would bet that translates directly to his clients. Easy to understand the point he's trying to make through the examples he gives. I really enjoy listening in. Thanks for doing that, Tom. Very informative.
