Amazing assistance and support. Jack took the time to explain things to me and helped me better understand the process of probate and all the many steps it takes to finalize. During one of these steps, I needed a document for the bank and Jack was immediately available to aide me in getting the proper documentation while I was still at the bank. Do not hire this firm unless you want to throw away money to be ignored. The only time the attorney I hired emailed me or contacted me was to check on the wire of the $20K retainer. After that she went into witness protection and was barely heard from again. I sent 32 emails that were ignored. I did get one response saying she was too busy to respond to my emails. Nothing was filed as promised. Mediation never set up. She did one thing....follow up on my retainer. I filed a grievance against the attorney. And 10 days after firing her I never got any of my retainer back. DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM!!!!
