After being injured in an auto accident. I did not first seek out attorney help. I treated my injuries until completion. After completing necessary medical treatment, with months of unreturned phone calls from the at fault insurance company I thought I may be in better hands with legal help on my side. I worked with both Michelle and Don, and received phenomenal service from both. The office works as a whole which is great. If Michelle or Don were busy, somebody else would get back to me always within the hour. Of course during a stressful time like this and many questions, that is a really great quality to have. You feel like a valued client here, you definitely don't feel like you get lost feeling like another number or case. I more so needed help with negotiations with the at fault insurance company. I couldn't be more happy with my decision in choosing Murphy & Prachthauser. Both Michelle and Don worked quickly, and efficiently during negotiations to reach a fair settlement for myself. If I ever have an instance that requires personal injury legal attention again without hesitation I will contact Michelle and Don again!
